2017 Holiday Luncheon

On Saturday, December 2, 2107, Tai Chi Club of Fresno had its annual holiday luncheon at Sifu Andy Wong's restaurant, China Garden, in Selma, California. It was a fun and relaxing time for all the students, friends and family members.

Students met for Tai Chi class in the morning and did their Tai Chi exercise as usual. After the class, we got together at Sifu Andy Wong's restaurant.

Sifu Andy Wong greeted each of his Tai Chi students. We are invited to seat in a banquet room in the restaurant.

Before the start of the luncheon, Sifu Andy Wong wished all students and their families have a Merrry Christmas and Happy Holiday! Most importantly, he wished everyone to have a good health. In order to maintain good health, he encourages all of his students to do Tai Chi exercise for 15 minutes everyday.

To improve Tai Chi forms, students should practice on a daily basis. Tai Chi forms often take time to grasp and understand. Tai Chi is a natural form of energy exercise.  Daily pratice of Tai Chi can help with many chronic health problems. Gradually, it will improve many aspects of a person's life. 

Practicing Tai Chi is great for concentration at work and school. If a person's energy is good, he/she will be able to think better and work more efficiently. Improve productivity is great for everyone professional career.
