Tai Chi Class

Members of Tai Chi Club meet on Saturday morning. The class usually starts at 9:30am. Students first start with a 5 minutes warm up routine. Then, they would pair up to do 10 minutes of push-hand exercise. The rest of the class time is to learn or review Tai Chi forms. After the Tai Chi class, students can enjoy some snacks and tea. They can also practice other Tai Chi forms. Ping Pong tables are available in the CCBA building for those who want to play.
