The Tai Chi Club of Fresno was a part of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association in Fresno. The club consists of people who are interested in learning the art of Tai Chi. We like to practice Tai Chi to improve our health.
We get together every Saturday morning to practice Tai Chi. Besides the Tai Chi exercises, we also enjoy many recreational activities such as playing Ping Pong, participating in other community group events and getting together for group meals, etc.
There are many different types of Tai Chi form. Members in the Tai Chi Club of Fresno have enjoyed playing Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Fan and Tai Chi Sword.
After the regular Tai Chi class on Saturday, December 2, 2017, students, friends, and family members got together at Sifu Andy Wong's restaurant for a fantastic holiday luncheon.
